Moved to Springfield in 1927, living with her mother Mrs. Edwin Bird. Member of Springfield Art association and Christ Episcopal church.
Her grandson, Ens. Norman Johnson, died in military service in 1944. Survived by daughter Mrs. Mary Magill Johnson; brother Frank Cheatle; two granddaughters.
Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
