Robert J. Lawrence, 52, of 1310 Gretchen Lane, a realtor and lifetime Wichita resident, died Saturday in a local hospital after a short illness. Services will be at 2 p. m. Monday in St. Stephens Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
A past president of the Wichita Board of Realtors, he was voted Realtor of the Year in 1965 and was a member of both the state and national Association of Real Estate Boards and director of the Wichita Real Estate Board.
Survivors include his widow, Elaine; two sons, Ward V. and Charles F., and a daughter, Mrs. Gretchen Thompson, all of Wichita: two stepdaughters, Mrs. Carol Olson, Denver, and Korla, of the home; two brothers, R. Eugene and John S., both of Wichita; and four sisters, Mrs. Virginia Lindblade and Mrs. Mary Kane, both of Wichita, Mrs. Helen Throckmorton, Cuchara, Colo., and Mrs. Margaret Agan, Dallas, Tex.
A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society.
