Dorothy Bulkeley, daughter of Dr.-Rev. Gershom and Sarah (Chauncey) Bulkeley, was born about 1662 in New London, Connecticut. She married Lieutenant Thomas Treat, Jr. on July 5, 1693.
Thomas and Dorothy had 5 sons and 3 daughters in South Glastonbury. Thomas died January 17, 1712/3 and Dorothy died before June 7, 1757.
