Charlotte Stewart Hull, 88, died in her home north of Milton, Tuesday. She was born in Utica, N. Y., on December 31, 1838.
The family moved to Albion, Wis., when she was three years of age. She attended the district school and Albion Academy.
On October 13, 1860, she married Richard B. Hull, who died on February 17, 1904. One son, Eugene C. Hull, of Milton, survives. a daughter, Mrs. Luella McKenzie, died in 1904. She left a daughter, Mrs. John Dane, and two daughters who reside in Milwaukee, Oregon James L. Stewart of Milton, a brother, is the only surviving member of the Stewart family.
The Stewart is a historical family having originally come from to America from Scotland in the seventeenth century. They settled in Massachusetts, were active during the Revolutionary war period and later went to New York state.
Mrs. Hull was a charter member of the J. E. Coakley W. R. C.
Funeral services were conducted in the home at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, the Reverend Anton Hatlestad, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating.
