Geraldine K. Krueger, 83, of Stuart, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 28, at her home.

Born in Bogota, New Jersey, she was a resident of the Stuart for 56 years coming from Oradell, New Jersey.

In her early years, she earned a Master's Degree and was a Physical Education Teacher in Haines City , FL.

After she married, she became a mother and homemaker, later owned a greenhouse, and was co-owner of The Plant Decorators. She was of the Protestant faith.

She was an avid golfer and bowler, and enjoyed camping and playing Bridge with her friends. She was an Amateur Woman's Golf Champion, and was very proud of her Hole-in-One at the Martin County Golf Course.

She is survived by her daughter, Anne Krueger Stimmell and her husband William; her sons, Karl John Krueger III and William Walter Krueger; her grandchildren, Melissa Walker and her husband Thomas, William Stimmell Jr. and William Walter Krueger Jr; her great grandchildren; Zachary Walker and Natalie Walker all of Stuart and her brother Frank William "Bill" Koestner of Ridgewood, NJ.

She was preceded in death by Karl John Krueger Jr and her sister Mildred Koestner.

There will be a graveside service at 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart.
