In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Dunscombe of Bermuda Being Very Weake and Low but in perfect memory resigning myself to God making my Last Will and Testament in manner and form followeth: It's my Will and Pleasure that after my Decease that all my Debts and funerall Charges Shall be paid fist before any Division of my Personall Estate if any Omitting or Left that it Shall Equall Divided Betwixt my Children that Thomas Dunscomb Rebecka Joell Miriam Dunscomb William Dunscomb and Prudence Dunscomb etc.
Item. I Give unto my Son Thomas Dunscombe my house and Land and to his heirs male Lawfull begotten of his Body or to be begotten and for want of Such Issue - Then I Give it to my Son William Dunscomb and to his heirs male Lawfull Begotten of his Body or to be begotten and for want of Such Issues then I Give it to my Son Thomas Dunscombe's Eldest Daughter and if she should Dye without issue then to the next Daughter surviving and for want of such issue then To my Son WIlliam Dunscomb's Eldest Daughter and if she should dye then to the next Daughter Surviving and to their heirs and for want of such issue - then to the nearest kin.
Item. I Give unto Elizabeth Eveans after my Decease the Hall Chamber and Outlet During her Life without any hindrance for her to abode in if She be Willing to Live in and if not for any one to abode but she ---- only. It's my Will and pleasure that my Son Thomas Dunscomb and my Son William Dunscomb and my Son in Law Richard Joell and my Uncle Edward Dunscombe - Should be the Executors to this my Last Will and Testament, In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 21st Day of August Anno Dominus 1729.

These are to Certify that this 22 Day of October 1729 personally appeared before me the Governor aforesaid William Pitt and Thomas Morris who severally made oath that they saw the saw the within named Thomas Dunscomb Sign Seal publish and Declare the within Written Instrument to be his Last Will and Testament and that at the time of Doing thereof he the Testator was of sound and perfect mind and memory to the best of the signed Deponents judgments. In Testimony whereof I have hereinto set my hand the day and year above Written.
