St. John's Times (Newfoundland, Canada) gives her death date as 3/17/1851, Bermuda Royal Gazette gives date 3/17, Dunscombe family Bible 3/16. She is buried at Johannis Kirchof Grab, Nurnberg, Germany (Dunscombe family Bible).

Lord's Day evening, 9 1/2 p.m., fell sweetly asleep without a groan, saying "Children -- good -- Jesus." the darling wife of my bosom, Ann Mary Dunscomb: Seiler Gasse, No. 88 Vorstadt St. Johannis, Nurnberg, Beyern. Buried St. Johannis Kirchhof, Grab No. --, 38 years 4 mos. 4 days.

Resurgam is Latin for "I shall rise again." The phoenix emblem on the plaque is identical to a seal in possession of Ed Dunscombe, 2009. The book "19th Century Church Registers of Bermuda" indexed by A.C. Hollis Hallett has the date of the Dunscomb-Seon marriage as July 19, 1832. The other citied sources have it as July 22, 1832.
