Patricia Anne Salcido, age 70 of Globe, passed away on February 26, 2022. Patricia was born in Globe, Arizona on September 7, 1951, the daughter of Loren and Anne Chesley. Pat was a fifth generation native of Arizona.

Patricia graduated From Globe High School in 1969. Then attended Good Samaritan nursing school for two years. She continued her education on and off her whole life, ultimately arriving at an Associates Degree. Pat made a career working for the Gila County court and County Attorney.

Patricia, Patsy, Pat, or Granny... whichever name you knew her by, you knew her to be kind, and beautiful. One with nature and all of its creatures. She was empathetic, gave without hesitation, expecting nothing in return. A true Samaritan, she would drive around in the cold seasons offering warm clothes, bedding, and food to those in need. In her most recent days she had the pleasure of working beside her loving niece, whom she regarded as another daughter. The two gave unconditional care, love, and joy to handicapped adults at a local care home. Our family takes great solace in the recognition she lived out her days doing what she loved most, giving.

Patricia is preceeded in death by her high school sweetheart, Roy Byrd Salcido. She has two surviving children, Jason Salcido (Nichole) and Kindall Salcido whom both reside in Tucson. Pat had three brothers, Wayne, Ronald, and Dale (Gloria). Both Wayne and Ronald preceded her in death. Other surviving relatives are her grandchildren Andrew Salcido, Jason Salcido, Loren Salcido, and Jacob Salcido.

Her ashes will be buried with her loving husband Roy in City of Globe Cemetery.

Celebration of Life, Friday March 18th, at the Train Depot in downtown Globe. Guests arriving at 1:00, ceremonial activities at 2:00.
