Margaret, Marchioness of Hamilton
Margaret, also known as Mary, was styled as Countess of Arran, which was changed to Marchioness of Hamilton in 1625. She was the daughter of William Feilding, first Earl of Denbigh and Susan Villiers.
On 16 June 1622, Margaret, aged 9 yrs, married the 14 yr old James Hamilton, future Duke of Hamilton. Margaret was a courtier of Queen Consort Henrietta Maria, holding the office of Lady of the Bedchamber.
Margaret died at Wallingford House in London on 10 May 1638. She was buried at Westminster Abbey.
