Numerous records indicate her last name was "Cook". but A general history of the Burr family : with a genealogical record from 1193 to 1902 says her parents were Oliver Burr and Nancy Hubard. Her tombstone also states her father was Oloiver Burr. The stone also indicates her infant son died died the same day she did.
