Jimmy Dewayne Mullins, age 54, of the McGuire Valley area of Cedar Bluff, VA, passed away Monday, August 16, 2022; Surrounded by his loving family.
Jimmy was born on December 9, 1967, to the late Junior Mullins and Betty Bucklen. He was a "Jack of all Trades" and a "Master of Many', there was no project too complicated or detailed for his skilled hands to tackle. He loved fishing and the outdoors. Jimmy worked as a contract roofer, carpenter, and coal miner, for most of his life. He could bring out beauty from the simplest piece of wood.
In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by, his daughter, Clarissa "Sissy" Rose, his granddaughter, Destiny Nicole Jones, and his brother, Johnny Mullins.

Jimmy will be lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren: Rae'Quan Jones, Ky'Anna Jones, Ka'Neysha Jones, Jayda Slate, Cora Slate, Darius Rose, and Malachi Rose

Funeral Services for Jimmy Dewayne Mullins will be conducted Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 1pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, VA. Burial will follow at the Whittaker Ridge Family Cemetery, near Bandy VA. Pallbearers will be: Hobie Cook, James Goodman, Bobby Goodman, Shawn Goodman Terry Wright, James Mullins, and Derek Slate. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jimmy's loving seven grandchildren who loved their Papaw immensely. Friends may call from 12pm until 1pm on Saturday prior to the funeral.
