LARGO, FL - Peters, David Lee 69, of Largo, FL, died March 17, 2010 due to complications of lung cancer.
He was a Navy veteran during the Vietnam Era and member of First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Laurie Goodrich-Peters; seven children/step-children, Wanda Simmons, Julie Goodrich, Rob Goodrich (Terri), David Cook (Gloria), Staci Frye (Eric), Donald Cook, and Shelee Kae Cook Steward; brother, Keith Cook; sister, Kelly Cook Johnson; ten grandchildren, Theresa Jarvis (David), Alex Goodrich, Stormy, Ashley, Krishna and Charles Cook, Larry and Patrick Deggs, and Liz and Amanda Steward; great-grandson, Gavin Panipinto.
Funeral Services were held at 3 pm on Sunday, March 21st at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks with Miltary Honors presentation following 12685 Ulmerton Road, Largo 33774.
