Joseph Lynn Sagers, 61, died July 6, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah of cancer.
Born December 23, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah to William and Clara Sagers. Joe graduated from South High School. He married Angel McGeehan, later divorced. Former member of the Utah Air National Guard. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 20 years of outstanding service. Joe enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, hunting, prospecting and camping. He loved to spend time with friends and family.Preceded in death by his parents, one sister and nine brothers. Joe is survived by one sister, many loving nieces and nephews, and many very special friends.
Funeral service will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Friday July 10th at 2 p.m. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Interment at Tooele City Cemetery.
