Henry and Edith were employed in the theatrical costume business, and later owned and operated a hardware business. Buried in Rose Hill plot, section 104, deed no. 15964, Woodlawn Cemetery, The Bronx, N.Y. Died in Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York, N.Y.
The family apparently emigrated to the United States between 1881 and 1885. They are listed in the 1881 British census, but daughter Edith was born 1885 in the United States.
The 1871 British census has him born in Godalming, Surrey, England. The 1881 says Colchester, Sussex, England.
