This thirtieth daie of December 1679 I Phillip Dunscomb of Bermuda ats Sumer Islands being (thoroughly?) of God of A sound and (disposing?) Memory Do make this my last Will & Testament in manner following. Ffirst I do give and Bequeath unto my Dear and beloved wife Joanna Dunscomb ffor and during the (tearme?) of her naturall life the (?) and (?) Share of Land in Pembroke Tribe at Spanish Point in Bermuda ats Sumer Islands which my (ffather?) (devised?) (Gave?) (and?) bequeathed by his last Will and Testament to me after his owne and my Mothers death for the comfortable (sustenance?) of my saide Wife and the good education and (?) maintenance of my Children during their Minority. Item I devise give and bequeath unto my Two Sonns Thomas & Phillip the aforementioned house and Share of Land to be Divided equally between (each?) son, (and?) if my Sonn Thomas desires the house, my Will is That he shall give 10 (pounds?) unto my Sonn Phillip in compensation for it.
