Daniel Tucker and wife Christian, Aug. 8, 1694, executors of will of Thomas Dunscombe, her late husband, and Richard Pitt, surviving executor of same will, on behalf of infant Ann Dunscombe, only daughter of late Thomas, vs. Thomas Dunscombe, son of late Philip Dunscombe, re share of land in Pembroke. Court decision that right of inheritance belongs to defendant Thomas Dunscombe, but by the will of Thomas Jadwin, complainants have right to possession of said premises for the term specified, which has not yet run out. Court costs to be shared (Chancery records - Bermuda).
A baptism record at St. John's (Pembroke) lists a baptism for Ann (no last name), January 3, 1681.
