On January 5, 2015, God called his precious child, Helen Kathleen Horn, home. Born June 21, 1952 in Richlands, Virginia, she had spent most of her life in southwest Virginia and was currently residing in Abingdon, Virginia and employed at Columbus McKinnon in Damascus. She was of the Holiness faith. She enjoyed fishing and was an amazing Nana.
Waiting to walk with her down the streets of gold, were her parents, Gallie and Viola Bucklen Horn, sisters, Inez and Vina, brother, Baby Ralph, and brothers-in-law, Danny and Hufford.
Left to cherish her memory are two children, Josh Justice of Page and Sandy Clifton of Wardell; three granddaughters, Arizona Justice, Anna Clifton, and Stephanie Clifton; one grandson, Jake Clifton; four brothers, Lawrence Horn and wife, Norma, Gallie Horn, Jr. and wife Wilma all of Pilgrim Knob, James Herman Horn of Glade Spring, and Ricky Horn of Richlands; ten sisters, Violet Rife and husband, Kermit, June Keen, Dora Gragg, and Wanda Horn all of Pilgrim Knob, Nina Whited and husband, Roger of Raven, Linda Proffitt of Swords Creek, Virginia ?Bunny? Anthony & husband, Joe of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Esther ?Susie? Smith and Peggy McGinnis and husband, Larry all of Pounding Mill, and Christine Stilwell and Kenny David of Richlands; best friends and neighbors, Deb Combs and Michelle Murray; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Mike Justice and Rev. Anthony Hale officiating. Interment will follow in the Donald Justice Family Cemetery at Page, Virginia.
Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers.
