married 2nd, John Anderson of Colrain, Mass., son of John and Mary Anderson and grandson of John Anderson, who came from the north of Ireland and settled in Londonderry, N.H. as early as 1725. John and Margaret moved to Shelburne, Mass. about 1771.

born April 10, 1761; Lydia, born May 15, 1763; Elizabeth, born Jan. 15, 1765; Jonathan, born March 17, 1767; Margaret, born May 16, 1769, Martha, Sarah (last two born in Shelburne).
John Anderson died in Shelburne Dec. 22, 1780. His widow Margaret married, 3rd, Lieut. James Stewart of Colrain, Mass.

According to "Genealogy and Biography of Descendants of Walter Stewart of Scotland and of John Stewart" by Frank Severance, and Louise McClellan Patrie's 1974 "History of Colrain, Mass", he was born closer to 1705 (findagrave.com). findagrave.com also claims indicates the wives Mary and Marhta listed in Severance were the same person.
