PAUL V. BENT , 61, of Villas, Lower Township, died Monday at home.
Mr. Bent was a supervisor at the New Jersey Highway Authority in Woodbridge.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Knights of Columbus Council No. 3546.
Mr. Bent served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of DAV of Del Haven.
Born in Delaware County, Pa., he lived in the area for most of his life.
Surviving are his wife, Mary; four daughters, Maureen Home, Kimberly Buchter, Jacqueline Velli and Jennifer Rohm, all of Villas; two brothers, Chalkie of Wildwood and Edward of Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister, Mary Cresse of Rio Grande; and six grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Raymond's R.C. Church, Bayshore and Ocean avenues, Villas.
Burial will be in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Cape May Court House.
Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May.
