"The deceased married in 1854 Sarah
Bulkley, a daughter of George Bulkley,
of Deerfield township, and had two surviving
children by that marriage—Lucy,
wife of Mr. E J. Tuttle, of Delmar, and
Carrie, wife of Orrin Penfield, of Franklin,
Delaware county, N. Y Mrs.
Hotchkiss died in 1859, aged 27 years
In 1864 Mr. Hotchkiss married Miss
Lucy Moore, a daughter oŁ the late Mr.
Richard Moore. She survives him."
